$50,560 guaranteed compensation package plus incentives:

We are looking for a licensed, dependable, positive, and customer-focused individual to join our established insurance agency as a Customer Service Team Member.

This position is primarily focused on taking great care of our existing customers. We have a large, established book of business and are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and building relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You'll work directly with our customers and team to:

Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing questions, and general service needs
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests
Help customers understand their insurance coverage and identify potential gaps
Process policy changes and follow up on outstanding service items
Assist with renewals and customer retention
Work closely with the rest of our team to make sure customers receive excellent service
Look for natural opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current insurance license required
Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,560.00 per year
